Who we are
Ours is a small business run by the Iacoponi family, the pasta factory LI.MA. FOOD.
We have been producing DRY EGG PASTA and many national and Friulian food specialities, since 1997 .
What distinguishes our egg pasta is constant attention to the organoleptic quality of the product.
The surface of the pasta is rough, thanks to special sheeting rollers which make it very porous. This roughness is a fundamental element for the absorption of the sauce. From the beginning, Claudio Iacoponi has put this feature at the center of the development of its products.
